Jennifer Rosado

Founder & CEO

Jennifer is the founder and CEO of Steps to Healing and Recovery Counseling LLC. She is a licensed professional counselor in Oklahoma, Alabama, and Texas, and an approved licensed supervisor in Oklahoma. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Montevallo. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Counseling Education and Supervision at Liberty University.


Jennifer uses an integrative counseling approach and believes that interventions should be based on your needs and circumstances. Jennifer is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with EMDR training, and she specializes in helping people heal from physical, sexual, and emotional abuse. She is certified to use skills from Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) , Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) into her work with clients. She offers telehealth services and In-Person sessions.

 Nina is a veteran's wife and bilingual advocate for building supportive communities. She excels in creating welcoming spaces where people feel heard and valued, bringing compassion, warmth, and empathy to our office.


Nina enjoys crafting handmade bath and body products and actively engages in community events, finding joy in connecting with others. Her dedication and experience makes her a trusted resource and valued team member.

Kathryn Robinson

Licensed Professional Counselor

Kathryn is a Licensed Professional Counselor.  She received a master’s degree in counseling and an undergraduate degree in psychology. She has obtained training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). she adopts techniques from other approaches such as DBT, Gestalt, Integrative, and Holistic.  She has experience working with those who have been diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar, major depressive disorder, borderline personality disorder, narcissistic personality disorder, Depression, and anxiety adjustment disorder. She is a firm believer that each person is an individual with unique physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual facets who learns and responds differently.

Ebony Harold

Licensed Professional Counselor-Candidate

Ebony Harold is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Candidate in Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science  and a Master of Science in Behavioral Science  from Cameron University. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and other evidence-based therapies, and has developed strong skills in assessments, therapeutic relationships, and interventions.



Ebony provides therapy for individuals and groups, addressing challenges like addiction, trauma, mental health, and relational issues. As a mother, wife, foster mom, and counselor, she brings empathy and passion to her work, helping clients grow and heal from within.

Tiffany Escoe

Marriage and Family Therapist

Tiffany Escoe is a Marriage and Family Therapist in Oklahoma. She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Cameron University. Tiffany brings extensive experience in working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from various cultural backgrounds, as well as individuals within the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and those in congregate care and inpatient settings.


Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed, client-centered care, meeting each client where they are. Tiffany employs a holistic, integrative approach tailored to the unique needs of everyone. She is a certified Level 1 practitioner in TEAM-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and specializes in addressing physical, emotional, and sexual trauma.

Tiffany has effectively worked with clients facing depression, anxiety, extensive childhood trauma, PTSD, crisis intervention, and mood disorders.

Amber Boyd

Licensed Professional Counselor

Amber Boyd is a Veteran and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oklahoma and Mississippi, with specialized experience in trauma and mood disorders. She has been providing counseling services since 2019, working in both inpatient and outpatient settings with diverse populations.


Amber has extensive experience working with a range of diagnoses, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Her therapeutic approaches primarily include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She is currently accepting new clients.


Angela Zamora

Angela Zamora is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Candidate in Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fresno, and a Master of Science in Counseling from Cameron University. Trained in CBT and DBT, she tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs.


Angela has experience supporting individuals of all ages and cultural backgrounds, specializing in PTSD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, grief, self-esteem issues, and sexual assault recovery for women and teens. Angela is passionate about helping others grow mentally and emotionally to live more fulfilling lives.


 

Tiffany Gleason

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Tiffany Gleason, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, serves individuals across Oklahoma, Utah, Colorado, and Kansas with a compassionate, trauma-informed approach. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work with a minor in Psychology from Utah State University and a Master of Social Work from The University of New England.


With experience across diverse populations, Tiffany tailors therapy to each client’s unique journey. She integrates evidence-based techniques like CBT, TF-CBT, and is training in EMDR, while also incorporating DBT and strengths-based approaches. Specializing in depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief, and self-esteem issues, Tiffany provides a safe, supportive space for healing and growth.

Amelia is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years of experience in mental health. She specializes in crisis intervention, trauma, and severe mental illness, using an integrative approach tailored to each client’s needs. Mimi incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and Christian Counseling to support adults, seniors, and teens.

With a strong foundation in human development, she specializes in grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles.


Kimberly integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered approaches, tailoring her methods to meet each client's unique needs. She believes therapy is a deeply personal journey and strives to create a supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. Viewing the therapeutic process as a partnership, she collaborates with clients to develop personalized strategies that empower them to heal and grow.


Lisa McBride

Licensed Professional Counselor

Lisa McBride is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in Texas. She holds a Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling from Sam Houston State University and has experience in both private practice and inpatient psychiatric settings.



Lisa works with teens, adults, couples, veterans, the Latino community, and the LGBTQ+ population. She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and relationship issues, using a systemic approach to support lasting growth and healing.
